How to be a good teacher?

At the beginning of being a teacher, I dreamt of being a good teacher.

As the time passes, I suppose that I would change the view of being a good teacher.

However, after 18 years later, I  am still fond of teaching career. Although I meet all kinds of difficulties in my life. I didn't change my mind at all.

To start with, Keeping a young heart is the key factor of being a teacher. That's because students are much younger than me. They are  so lovely and energetic that I have to learn something new to keep the same pace with them.

In addition , it is important for me to develop my hobbies and good habits.

Smiling is the best language to me. Only can I smile to my life and my students , I can be close to them. Even though I meet some students are really poor in learning, I still smile to them, encourage them. As we all know not everyone is good at studying.

It's believed that what you seed, what you sew. If I treat them with warmth and kindness.Of course, I will get the harvest one day.

Last but not least, learning to be a good teacher is a hard job, i will try my best to learn more knowledge and wisdom.

As long as I love my career and my students. i think they can understand me and respect me one day.

As a teacher, sometimes, I am a friend to them. Sometimes, I am like a mother to them. Also, I am a guide of their learning journey.

Once we meet in the world, I am supposed to treat them like my family.

I just want to say: I never regret to be a teacher.

What I am doing is the most meaningful in the world. Being a teacher is really tired, but I truly love it.

In the future, I will try my best to educate myself to be a better person , so that I can set a good example for my students.

As for teaching, I am still on the way.And I will love my students  just like they are my children.
