challenge the summer

    The weather forecast says that future days' temperature will be too high,so today I was get up earlier than before. exactly I felt very better than my thinks,didn't felt too hot,and runing before that the sun completely go up,when the  temperature haven't to high then ends excise,extra times could to be learn eglish,to do these things at morning could make me raise up efficiency. Actually that's helped me save time,also didn't get too tire more.

  还是很容易迷失自己，根本无法挣脱，一不留神就陷进去了，得始终挣扎才能保持现状，然而就成了我们全部的意义。
