Hello Customer Service,

(1)I am a regular customer of Uber.

(2)I had a bad experience with your ride-hailing service yesterday afternoon. I placed an order on Uber app for iPhone, estimated the price at 6. Since it didn’t show whether the order was accepted or not, I called Daniel, the driver, to make sure he had taken my order as a shared ride. But when my ride finished, I was charged15 instead of $6, which was displayed earlier.

(3)Could you please refund my overpayment?
