Chapter 1 DON'T TRY
Eric
1.What are the subtleties of not giving a fuck?
There are 3 subtleties. The first one is being comfortable with being different. The second one is caring something more important than adversity. The last one is choosing what to give a fuck about.
2.What’s wrong with being “perpetually entitled to be comfortable and happy at all times”? Can you think of an example to support your answer?
The person is running circles around his or her Feedback Loop from Hell. For example, if she wants to buy an LV bag and has no money, she will feel bad. At the same time, she might think “It's a shame to feel bad because of not buying a bag. ”
Life needs classifying, which means we should know the important parts and unimportant parts. Then choose the former to care and accept life itself.
Maturity is what happens when one learns to only give a fuck about what's truly fuckworthy.

2. Life is just what it is. We accept it, warts and all.
e.g. Our parents love us, warts and all.
3. ...you become invincible in a sort of low-level spiritual way.
