Gradle构建工具无法使用

问题描述：

报错1：Cannot start internal HTTP server. Git integration, JavaScript debugger and LiveEdit may operate with errors. Please check your firewall settings and restart Android        Studio

报错2：Gradle sync failed: Connection timed out: connect. If you are behind an HTTP proxy, please configure the proxy settings either in IDE or Gradle.Consult IDE log for more details (Help | Show Log)
