The sandbox is not in sync with

今天在github上下载了一份代码，但是运行时报错：

diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory 
diff: Manifest.lock: No such file or directory 
error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

解决办法

• 关闭当前的项目，打开终端，进入到代码文件夹，删除掉文件夹中的workspace

rm -rf project.xcworkspace

• 然后重新pod install，install完成之后，通过workspace打开项目即可。

pod install

• 在pod install之前，请确保已经执行pod setup命令。
