今天与朋友一起学习《非暴力沟通》的前言部分，我们一起做了感恩，一起绘画了童年关于爱的第一反应，第一图像，因此有了本日志的分享。下图为课程中画的母亲背我的场景，是那么的温暖。

非暴力沟通读书笔记一（前言）九月黄--爱在不言中 - 草稿

九月黄"学名五叶木通，别名乌栏子，牛胡子，落叶木质缠绕藤本。果实到秋冬季节就挂在藤上，未成熟时为绿色，成熟时果实颜色为金黄色。外表像芒果，内部果肉略像成熟的软柿子，籽像西瓜籽。

九月黄是一种原生态无污染的绿色珍贵名果，集食用与药用一身。它成熟的果肉金黄甘甜、清香可口，营养价值极高，含丰富维生素及氨基酸。能有效改善人的食欲，精神旺盛。具有舒肝理气，活血止痛，益气生津，补肾壮阳，除烦利尿。治肝胃气痛，胃热食呆，烦渴，亦白痢疾，腰痛，预防风湿等。

看到九月黄，我的眼泪止不住的落下来！因为它对于我意义重大。还记得，那时我8岁，金秋的一个周五下午放学回家，当时需要走一个小时的山路，路上饿了。抬头看到树木诱人的九月黄，双手双脚就自然的爬起树来，费了很大的尽，终于采到了，于是从树上跳下来，没想到，树下有被砍伐的小树根，于是脚小肚被削开2cmX4cm的伤口。同伴轮流把我背回家。经过半来多休假医治，这半年都是妈妈背我去卫生所的，还安慰怕打针的我，那是我们最亲密的时候。当年正好有流感，学校要打预防针，也不知哪儿来的谣言，谣言内容现在不记得了。吓得邻居家六年级的姐姐，再也没有去上学。而我也差点放弃，一是担心学习跟不上，二是因为谣言。还好，由于给舅舅过生日，在舅舅的劝说下，我恢复了学业。而这个伤口却给我带来巨大的伤害。从此，我再也没有穿裙子，对身体的自卑一直跟随着我。到后来我学习心理学后才慢慢的把它放下，学会爱自己，即使它有许多许多的缺点。如今，它对于我来说是爱的宣言。

只是物是人非，我从没有对妈妈说过，我爱你，而现在再也没有机会了，我能做的只是祈祷，幸运的是爱在流动！
