Reflection:

My eyes are aching terribly just for the reason that my eyes always focused on the mobilephone screen. It is really a bad habit. I didn't realize that until my eyes filled with blood.  This has a great impact on my study. These days I have to stop learning, reading, and watching so that I can spend little time on the screen of my phone. Most important, I must go to bed early and must not stay up. As for my study, I will listen instead of seeing. Everything will be ok as long as you do it with heart.
