concourse 啥意思？

8月19日曾经留了一个小问题，机场的指示牌上有个词儿concourse ，啥意思？

不明白，查字典呀！

有的说concourse B，就是广场B。这个答案并不能让我完全明白concourse出现在这里到底是指的什么。

有的说，有的机场叫做 terminal，有的机场就叫做 concourse。

这就有点儿意思啦，这个词儿出现在飞机场的大厅里，似乎跟 terminal 确实有点儿关系。

但是，确实它跟termianl（航站楼）是一样的吗？

我看到concourse的同义词里面有

hall，hallway，plaza，并没有 terminal 呀！

好吧，现在公布我的答案。

这个concourse其实有点儿类似于我们所说的A座B座。也就是一个建筑物里面的不同部分。

那它跟terminal什么区别呢？

一个 terminal 是一个大的building，每个 terminal 里面可以有多个concourse。

OK，这下明白了吧。

顺便说一下，也许这不是完全正确的答案，请识者指正。
