I want make a friend

I want make a friend which could write letter with me of use English.

Bad of my English which still bad after i learning four years.So, for solve it i used ways many but not effected.

Make some friends which could use English,as chat of use English/write letter of use English and so on.May be it's a good idea. But could i meet a person of l want meet?

English grammar of i don't understand and tenses,So mistake at where that i don't know.

I'm not self-confidence to who when i speaking English.Fear surrounding me of cause of i 'm not clear.

I hope correct the state of mine .
