<小王子英文版>第6.7章读后感

The 6th chapter introduces the little prince, especially like to watch the sunset and he once watched the sunset 43 times a day. The little prince said when one is sad he loves the sunset, this implies the prince had a very sad time, but we don’t know why.

In chapter 7, the little prince asked a queer question “if the sheep eat flowers, even if flowers have thorns, what’s the use of the thorns?” The author was busy with his engine, so he throw out “they are no use at all, flowers have thorns just for spite.”

The little prince was very angry about this answer, and he was even more angry with the author’s attitude of not taking this matter seriously. Because in his world, he loves a flower and if the sheep eats the flower, his world will be dark. In the world of little prince, love is a matter of consequence, but in the adult world, there are many important things that can get us lost, and we gradually forget what is really important. This is the reason why the adult world is full of anxiety and impetuosity.
