近几日，霍金葬礼上的英文悼词中文翻译版，正在朋友圈里流传。
对英语颇有了解的人都知道， 英国人中产以上阶级用词其实颇为讲究，经常会用双关语、暗语，完全不是明面的意思。
英语原文要翻译成恰到好处的中文，并且兼顾做到“信、达、雅”，这可考验英语和中文双面的功夫。
比如《甲申同文翻译》的版本，我就认为其翻译还不如我“聊斋”群友翻译的好！
好在“聊斋”群里，人才济济，一干文笔功力深厚和国学素养兼修的群友，果然纷纷下场，一试高下。
众人翻译中，又首推群友“金二”、“听涛子”、“潘百通”三人，各有特色。现在将他们的翻译抄录如下。
群友“金二”版，将原英文的逻辑关系翻译出来了：
