Challenge

Today I want to talk about challenge, now I get a challenge on my job, and I expected for a longtime to get this opportunity. But when the opportunity is really coming, I realized that i don't prepare enough to handle this situation. I always want to satisfy others including Workmates and leaders.

I always want to make the plan to be perfect that everybody can accept it. But most of time I know that i have no idea about others' thought and we also don't know how  make it perfect. And one person's power is very limited. so I just need to do my best and then keep open mind to accept others' advice。
