Sccc is a former militant,fire-fighting armed police, to be specific, and some nickname or jokes have been made as a result of this.
This is the origin for this nickname, that continuous spells cast by Sccc were just like the military sports boxing which has almost 30 actions.

(2)"Brother Feng and War Wolf 3 warning"
Since armed police in Chinese pinyin reads like "wú jǐng", similar to the name of the actor "wú jīng", who acted as the main role "Lěng Fēng" in a popular Chinese movie "War wolf 2", so people link these things together and give Sccc this nickname.
(3)Sccc's manner education.
Sccc is the man who changes the way bullet screen talks and people communicate.
The story went like this, one day, Sccc was ranking with Kaka, after the ward in the mid-lane disappeared, he asked quite politely,"Liang Zhi, can you set a new ward for me at the mid-lane?" (Kaka's Chinese name is Hu Liang Zhi )
However, normally players in the game won't be that polite, let alone call teammates' name rather than ID to show respect.
If VG.J.T.Yang were in that situation, things would go like this:
"Why the hell don't we have a ward at the mid-lane, LaNm? You motherfxcker. Go to hell, you moron."
These two situations are both ways that players communicate with their teammates, however, with comparisons, Sccc just showed the most polite way and that led to a fashion for a while——bullet screen won't be that harsh when a certain player was acting stupidly.
And this should be credited to Sccc's good manner xD.
BTW, although Yang appears to be the most ill-mannered guy when going live, many people still like him because we all know that it's just a way that he chooses to show his friendliness to his teammates or people close to him, with definitely no harm or resentful meaning in those trash words.
And that can always bring about some fun, after all, game live is a kind of show.
