修改一下url链接，在github.com后面加上.cnpmjs.org即可

比如原始命令是：

git clone https://github.com/PanJiaChen/vue-element-admin.git，

修改后命令为：

git clone https://github.com.cnpmjs.org/PanJiaChen/vue-element-admin.git
