在放假前好好的准备一篇然后开开心心的去耍了,国庆high起来~
今天要整理的是报价和发盘,这二者常见的表达方式如下:
1.对对方的询价表示感谢
Many thanks for your inquiry of...
Thank you for your enquiry and for your interest in our products.
We thank you for your inquiry of ...and are please to quote as follows.
2.向对方提供所需求的信息
Please note our standard terms and conditions on the recerse side of this quotation.(请注意我们列在本报价后面 的交易条件)
We can ship your order within 3 weeks upon receipt of your order .
It is our usual practice to supply new custonmers with our goods for payment within one month from date of invoice, in the first instance ,and later to extend this term to three monts.( 我们的通常做法是:新客户首次订购我们的货物从结算日起一个月内付款交货。之后,则宽限至三个月)
3.表明报价的有效期
We must stress that this offer can remain open for three days only.( 我们必须强调此报价只在3天内有效)
Subject to being unsold/to prior sale.(以未出售为有效)
We cannot consider these prices firm for an indefinite period because of the situation on the cofffee market.( 鉴于咖啡市场的行情,我们无法长期保持这一价格不变)
4.表达希望对方接受所报价格早日订货的愿望
We trust you will find our quotation satisfactory and look forward to receiving your order.
We look forward to receiving your order soo.
We look forward to the pleasure of serving you.

9.We venture to solicit a share of your favor ,as being in touch with all the leading merchants here,we are bale to deal satisfactorily with any commissions with which you may entrust us. 我们与本地主要厂商均有贸易联系,所以能提供贵方所需要的东西,只要贵方有吩咐,定能使贵方满意,冒昧请你关照.
10.I am anxious not to disappoint possible buyers in distant cities ,to whom I wrote at the same time.Will you please therefore let me hear from you at once if this bargain interests you ,because there are only a very few left now and we cannot get more at anything like this price?为不使我们的顾客失望,贵公司如对这次生意有兴趣,请迅速通知我们。因目前所剩余货不多,日后我们无法再以此价进货。
