Self discipline requires a distinct  plan ,a  sheer internal communication. It's meaningless to detach  ourselves from the current environment, but we need to adapt to the environment and make the environment for our own use.

自律需要一个清晰的计划，一个纯粹的只与自己内心建立交流的事情。一味地让自己于目前的环境相分离是毫无意义的，而是需要适应环境，让环境为自己所用。

第七部分【㈦】:第十期碎碎念

①这一期新添了歌词夸伙伴，我其实是个音痴，平时的音乐也是乱听不挑食的那种，因为我一句不会唱，哈哈。这一期为了找励志性歌词，第一次那么去认真地去搜索歌曲，去看歌词及翻译，有些歌词翻译得真得很优美。对于会唱歌的小伙伴，通过音乐应该可以更好地学习英语。

②趣配音，我发现是大家坚持得特别好的一项，每天在白雪老师的学习群里，每天有小伙伴像勤劳的小蜜蜂每天不落得给大家发任务，免去可自己挑作业的精力和时间。非常得感谢。当时，群里很多小伙伴低调地配音，作品确是实打实地能扛，发音、连读、断句、情感都做得特别棒。赞！

③单词和听力方面，就是慢慢积累，多多听。质变的前提先是量变。学习的事，没有捷径。

④表情包英语翻译，给人轻松的感觉，所以我保留了这一项，平时给自己的家人伙伴也会自己编辑表情包，有时会加上名字发过去，很有趣。谢谢白雪老师上期给我们的领路，才学会了英语翻译表情包。带来了很多乐趣。
