        circRNA作为一种调节型RNA,除了在正常组织中表现出时空特异性外[1-3],其在各种病理样品中的表达谱也有着明显的变化[4-6],这些失调的circRNA对肿瘤以及各种代谢类疾病的发生发展同样起着重要的作用,可以作为疾病进程和预后的标志[7, 8]。目前,关于circRNA与肿瘤的研究表明,在肿瘤细胞的增殖,凋亡,血管生成以及转移等过程中,circRNA均发挥重要的调控作用。
