今日怎么可以无运动 【打卡4】

想要去早睡的时候突然发现,今天的任务没完成,既然要挑战运动三十天,承担不起这份愧疚感和失落感,还好人生还有半个小时。

开始。

本来计划主要做深蹲和平板支撑的,然后我却完成了:

300个跳绳,50个深蹲,20个推墙,挑战到极限的平板支撑

总之还是完成了今日的运动任务。

人是最不能懒的,哪怕动一下下,接近自己的目标,内心的满足感足以和愧疚感抗衡。

今天读到露易丝海的一段语录,很是喜欢,分享也鼓励自己:

My LoVE Is POWERFUL

I treat myself as if I am someone who is deeply loved.

All kinds of events come and go, yet through it all, the love for mpself is constant.

This is not being vain or conceited. People who are vain or conceited have a lot of self-hatred covered over by a layer of "I'm better than you."

Self love is simply appreciating the miracle of my own beins.

When I really love mself.

I cannot hurt myself, and I cannot hurt another person.

To me, the answer to world peace is unconditional love.

It begins with self-acceptance and self-love.

I no longer wait to be perfect in order to love myself. I accept myself exactly as I am right here and now.

我的爱,威力强大

我对待自己就像一个被深爱的人。各种事情来来去去,即便经历了这一切,我对自己的爱始终不变。

这不是自负或自满。自负或自满的人,通常也带着满腔的自我厌恶,只是试图用“我比你强”来掩饰罢了。

爱自己,单纯就是感谢自己存在的奇迹。当我真正爱自己,就不可能伤害自己,也不会伤害别人。对我来说,世界和平的关键就是无条件的爱;而无条件的爱要从接纳自己、爱自己做起。

不是等到自己变得完美的那一天才爱自己,

而是接受此时此刻最真实的自己。
