足厥阴肝经之大墩穴 LV-3

Feature:

Da Dun: Jing-well and Wood point of the Liver channel

穴位特点：五腧穴之井穴（五行属木）

Location:

On the dorsal aspect of the big toe, at the junction of lines drawn along the lateral border of the nail and the base of the nail, approximately 0.1 cun from the corner of the nail.

Needling:

Perpendicular or oblique insertion directed proximally 0.1 to 0.2 cun, or pick to bleed.

Actions:

1. Regulates qi in the lower jiao, treats shan disorder and alleviates pain. (理下焦之气，治疝止痛)

2. Benefits the genitals and adjusts urination. (利阴器，调理尿)

3. Regulates Liver qi and stops menstrual bleeding. (理肝气，止崩漏)

4. Revives consciousness and calms the spirit. (恢复意识，安神)

Indications:

1. Shan disorder, sudden shan disorder, the seven kinds of shan disorder, hypogastric pain, pain of the umbilicus, abdominal distention and swelling, constipation, heat of the lower abdomen.

疝气，突发性疝气，七种疝气，少腹疼痛，脐周疼痛，腹部肿胀，便秘，小腹有热。

2. Swelling and pain of the genitals, pain of the head of the penis, retraction of the genitals, swelling of the testicles.

阴部肿痛，阴头痛，阴缩丸肿。

3. Painful retention of urine, blood in the urine, painful urinary dysfunction, the five types of painful urinary dysfunction, enuresis, frequent urination.

尿闭疼痛，尿血，泌尿功能失常疼痛，五淋，遗尿，尿频。

4. Irregular menstruation, ceaseless uterine bleeding, menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, uterine prolapse. 月经不调，漏，月经过多，子宫出血，子宫脱垂。痫病，中风后失去意识，失去意识，急慢性小儿惊风，惊恐无力，泪流若见鬼状，狂躁抑郁，恐惧压抑，口苦，叹息，多寐，突然心痛，手足抽搐，鼻衄，多汗。

辨析：

大墩 （LV-1）是肝经的井穴，是理气的主要穴位，非常有效的适用于各种疝病，尤其适用于急性，突发性疼痛。大墩穴在应用时应该使用交叉针法，即左病右治。
