生信杂志3|年刊量3000篇预计5+分的JCP
The Journal of Cellular Physiology
The Journal of Cellular Physiology (JCP)发表了在真核细胞生物学和生理学领域具有高度生物学意义的报告。欢迎对调节真核细胞中细胞周期进程和相变的基因和过程以及确定细胞是否进入静止，增殖或凋亡的机制进行研究。鼓励提交有关细胞外基质对细胞表型和生理控制以及控制受精，胚胎发生，配子发生，细胞发育，谱系研究，分化，发育和细胞运动动力学参数的调控机制的论文。最后，对干细胞的研究以及将癌细胞与正常细胞区分开的变化的研究，包括对癌基因和抑癌基因的特性和功能的研究，也是JCP的主要兴趣之一。

目前JCP的影响因子是4.522分，我们可以看到，这个杂志的IF还是很稳定的，一直稳定在4分左右。

我们可以从上图发现，JCP的年刊量在2019年有1400余篇；(我在WoS中进行复核的时候发现有一点小出入)

而截至2020年3月1日，更是刊出了661篇文章，我们保守估计截至2020年12月31日有661*5=3305篇文章刊出！大家看着这涨上去的年刊量除了激动以外，是不是还有一些担心？
笔者计算了一下2018年发表的839篇文章发现，这些文章已经被引用了4780次，相当于时隔一年，2018年的文章在2019年被平均引用了5.7次！相信在明年的IF中，2018年和2019年的文章会一起把JCP的影响因子稳住的。

从上面的文章，我们可以发现如下几点内容：
从投稿到接受大概是集中在3-4个月，总体时间也不会很久；
当然，笔者在medsci等平台看其他投稿的战友对JCP的描述是比较久的，有人初审就要4-5月，所以如果很着急的，还是建议去投那些审稿周期比较短的杂志；
因为这些都是在2019年6-10月接受的，但是从接收到online的时间看样子是比较久的，平均还需要5个月左右，所以急着毕业的同学，如果只要接收函就行的就还好，如果需要online或者是需要到WoS的开检索证明，可能就要谨慎了！
这个杂志Online了以后到WoS的周期大概是2周，不算很久
3.目前在JCP已经发表的纯生信的文章大致分为如下几类：
预后/诊断的单基因/多基因signature的分析；
单基因/通路/基因家族的改变引起的综合分析;
免疫浸润/免疫微环境；
