Observing without judgment can change your perspective.
I want to say something about this sentence above. But I only can say: What is the truth?
I don't know how to express my thoughts in English correctly. So i should return to express my opinion in Chinese, my mother language?
No, i don't want to.
Just observing without judgment can tell me lots about truth. If i judge what i saw, i only can see what i want to see.
When we hear, see and feel, we will think. Our thoughts is very limit, they depend on what you have learnt and what you have known.
If you want to get more about the truth, you should let things be of themselves.
