as an old saying goes no pains no gains is never ture in acquiring knowledge and skills,there is no such free lunch in learning english,for instance ，if one wishes to learn a new language，so we should spend a substantial amount of time momrizing the vocabulary,polishing our pronunciation，and getting familiar with the grammatical rules .all these require hard effort. acquisition of knowledge is just like building a house.if we hasten the prosess and lay a shaky foundation basic ,the building is actually dangerous and at the risk of collapsing.

 in conclusion,
