when sweet osmanthus sweets my mind

could I pay back the fall my smile

while the falling rain-drops bitter in my eyes

苦兮涩兮，冷雨入眼。

桂子香嗅，心中甘甜。

如斯秋季，可偿笑颜？

how could a fall fall in my heart

when the dust of my soul need wash

how could the falling fall into my heart

when the fall make me feel sad about falling

how could I keep the smell of osmanthus

when I step into the season in which

I miss you

瀑布跌落，且洗心尘。

落叶飘飞，悲秋寒深。

桂香难留，已别伊人。

后记：

读沂河生 大神的《飞鸟集》译文，心下感悟颇多。开始创作仿《飞鸟集》意味的哲理短诗。

I decided to write poem to explain philosophy meaning after I was impressed by the translation of Stray Birds by Master Yihesheng.

哲学在东方文化的传承中并没有思辨被推崇。禅与道无不讲究心中不可言说的感悟。因此认为诗歌的形式或许是触动读者心中感悟的更好的载体。

In eastern culture, the tradition of philosophy gave more respection to the study method, realizing, rather than that, thinking, in western culture. Zen and Dao focus on the non-language realizing in human's mind. Therefore, poetry might be deemed as a correct way to achieve the emotional world, in which people could realize the world.

真善美在东方哲学体系里被视作一体来引发哲学的修行者的心境的提升。哲学在东方文化中是以修行方法来得到推崇，而非思辨和理义。

The true, the good and the beautiful are the Trinity in eastern philosophy system, through which the mind level can get to a higher stage.

正如马祖道一提倡平常心是道。这些诗，希望能与读者朋友一同参一花一世界的妙趣。

According to Usual mind is Tao, said by Master Daoyi, these poems, holpfully, could bring you an interesting experence about seeing the being in a flower, in osmanthus.
