Today is the second day of the lunar new year.

It is a tradition that the women who have married will go back to their own parents.

I am a married woman but I don't go home today and will not go back in the follow days after the new year.

The reasons are as follows: firstly and importantly, my baby daughter May is too young, two hours journey is too much for her and she can't adapt the new surroundings, so I and afraid she will cry a lot or even lead to illness.

Secondly, I miss my parents and I like staying with them but I don't like to meet and stay the ones that are not close to me. If I go back home, I have to meet them and give them gifts.
