Meditation is a moment to spend time with yourself .It helps people change mindsets . To me ,It makes me have better understanding on books of Yangjiang .

Below passage is  from one of her books.

'Individuals get different levels of self-cultivation and different levels of benefits after different levels of exercise. Like spices, the more you mash and the finer you grind, the stronger the fragrance.'

一个人经过不同程度的锻炼,就获得不同程度的修养,不同程度的效益。好比香料,捣的越碎,磨得越细,香得越浓烈。
