1月27日，初中部全体师生齐聚图书馆，迎来了华美外国语学校初中部2020-2021学年第一学期优秀学生表彰大会。一张张金灿灿的荣誉证书，一幅幅喜悦的纯真笑脸，一句句发自心扉的学习经验，让我们的幸福洋溢在这个难忘的季节。On November 27th, all the teachers and students of the junior high school attended the meeting in the library to award certificates to outstanding students in the mid-term exam in the 2020-2021 school year of the junior high school of Huamei Foreign Language School.01机遇与挑战Challenges and Opportunities俗话说“成长之路千万条，初心不忘最重要”，蔡敏主任以“我的梦”为主题，告诫学生要明白自己究竟要成为什么样的人。她和同学们一起重温我们的目标：博闻善思的终身学习者，中西融通的国际交流者，知行合一的未来创造者，艺体多彩的生活幸福者，自信勇敢的世界开拓者。接着，她通过一个个详实而又客观的原始数据，找到理想与现实之间的差距。所谓“有压力才有动力，挑战的背后是机遇”，我们每个人都应当在仰望星空的时候，脚踏实地，一步一个脚印。相信滴 水穿石的 力量，就在我们每天的点点积累之后。As the saying goes, "There are thousands of ways to grow, and the most important thing is not to forget the original intention." Director Cai used "My Dream" as the theme to warn students to understand what kind of person they want to become. She revisited our goals: a lifelong learner who is well-informed and thoughtful, an international communicator who integrates China and the West, a future creator who integrates knowledge and action, a happy person whose life fills with colorful arts and sports, and a confident and brave pioneer of the world. Then, she used detailed and unavoidably objective and cold original data to find the gap between ideal and reality. Only when there is pressure, there is motivation. Behind the challenge is the opportunity. Each of us should be down-to-earth, and walk step by step while looking up at the stars. We should believe that the power of dripping water through the stone is just from our daily accumulation.02光荣与梦想Glory and DreamREWARD蔡主任肯定了三个年级取得的巨大进步，祝贺同学们取得的优异成绩。老师们一一为学习之星、学习标兵、学习优秀学生、励志学子、学科之星颁发了奖状，并与之合影留念。Director Cai affirmed the tremendous progress made in the three grades and congratulated the students for their excellent results. The teachers awarded certificates to the learning stars, learning pacesetters, outstanding learning students, inspirational students, and subject stars one by one, and took photos with them.03耕耘与收获Pain and Gain随后，初中部优秀学生代表上台发言。首先上台的是来自901班的李楚成同学，他给我们分享的题目是《千里之行始于足下》。他认为要达成目标，我们首先要分析问题所在。比如英语阅读做不好，那么你就要分析如何做好阅读，思考究竟是哪一个环节出了问题？把增加词汇、理解语法都纳入你的计划之中，然后要落实你的行动，再日复一日地坚持，你一定可以屹立不倒得天下！The first one who came to the stage was Li Chucheng from Class 901 . The topic he gave us to share is that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step .In his opinion,in order to achieve the goal ,we should analyze the problems,For example,you should analyze how to deal with the reading comprehension and think about which link goes wrong if you aren’t good at it.Incorporate your plan to increase vocabulary understanding and grammar into your plan ,and then put your actions into practice .If you persist day after day,you will stand a better chance of getting to the top.来自701班的冯恩宇同学则告诉我们他的学习方法是守好学习的主阵地——课堂。他认为课堂听课是我们掌握知识、理解知识、增长知识和接受知识的重要环节。并且告诉我们上课一定要跟着老师的节奏，眼睛要注意看，耳朵要注意听，脑袋也要跟着想，并且积极举手回答老师提出的每一个问题。Feng Enyu,a student from Class 701 ,told us his learning method was to keep the main position of study-----classroom.She believes listening carefully in class is the most important link for us to master knowledge,understand knowledge,and increase knowledge accept knowledge,and she told us that we must follow the rhythm of the teachers in class .We watch with our eyes,listen with our ears,think with our brains and actively raise our hands to answer every question the teacher raised.802班的邓梓琳同学则告诉我们“时间是一把尺子”，她认为学习要做到今日事、今日毕，不拖延、做好时间规划。并且她还给我们带来了很多非常实用的学习小技巧。比方说，每堂课都准备一个小笔记本和红笔，听到老师讲的一些课本上没有的知识点就赶紧记到本子上，一堂课积累一点，那么一学期就会积累很多有用的知识点。还比如，每天晚上睡觉前，回顾一下今天究竟学了哪些新的知识，自己是否都理解记住了，如果没有立马起来再把书本翻开巩固。Deng Ziling,a student from Class 802,told us ,”Time is a ruler”.She thinks “Don’t put off till tomorrow what you can do today” .Never delay and make a time plan .She also brought us a lot of practical tips of learning .For example,She prepares a small notebook and a red pen for each class,and quickly write down the knowledge points in the notebook that the teachers say and that are not in the textbook .She accumulates a litter in a class,so She accumulates a lot of useful knowledge in a semester.Also,for instance ,before going to bed ,She reviews what she has learned today ,whether she has understood and remembered it ,if not,she gets up right away and then opens the book and consolidates it.来自701班的吴曦同学则给我们带来了《如沐春风谢师恩》的精彩分享。她根据自己进入华美初中以来的心路历程变化——由一个不自律、上进心不强的一个人变为一个享受学习、专心听讲、自律自强的一个人的过程，告诉我们启示引导她发生这些巨大变化的是我们的华美老师。她发自内心的话语和感谢让我们感受到了老师的师恩对于我们学生成长的巨大影响力，不仅感染了其他在座的学生，也让我们老师感到非常欣慰和感动。Wu Xi from class 701 gave us a wonderful speech "Gratitude to Teachers' Inspiration". According to the changes in her mind since she entered Huamei Junior middle school -- from an undisciplined, inactive person to a person who enjoys learning, listens attentively, shows self-discipline and self-improvement, she told us that it is our Huamei teachers who inspire her to make these great changes. Her heartfelt words and thanks made us feel the great influence of teachers' kindness on the growth of our students, which not only infected other students present here, but also made our teachers feel very gratified and moved.四位同学分享完他们的经验后，现场的同学们谈收获经验时纷纷表示：向优秀看齐，争取榜上有名。After four students' sharing their experiences, students were talked about their experiences and expressed that they would keep up with the excellent students and strive to be one of them.04行动与未来Action and the Future蔡主任送给在座同学三句话：敬师敬长敬课堂，立规立德立志向，惜时惜金惜生命。要做到最好的自己，如果你能当将军，就不能只当士兵；如果能爬上峰顶，就绝不停在山腰；因为，把优点发挥到极致就是成功。同时告诫每位同学一定要树立三种意识：责任意识，勤奋意识和成功意识。并且做好三个主人：做时间的主人（凡事预则立），做学习的主人（主动学习），做自己的主人。Mrs. Cai said to the students: respect teacher,respect class, make rules, establish morality, aspire after your dream，cherish time, cherish life. To be your best self, if you can be a general, never be a soldier; If you can climb to the top, never stop in the middle; Because success comes afer great strength.
