Then you can search OCT, and find out that oct means 8. But why October means the 10th month in a year. Do you think there are always 12 months of a year in history? No, in ancient Roma, there are ten months, but people want to memorize two great king, and create two month July and August, nominated by their name. so there will be a mismatch between octal and October.
Sun and moon give out lots of lights so 明 means bright in Chinese. Hard-working on the farm means a man in Chinese. Today I will explain why 矮 means short in Chinese
