In a group, Sniffs tend to sniff out changes and can help to update the vision; Scurrys like to get things done and help to achieve the vision; Hems are the anchors that slow the group down and some of them can be turned into Haws if they realize the real danger of not changing. Haw is very popular in a team because they can finally adapt to change, while considering possible threats in case of real danger.
