Eating from Plastic Containers May Be Bad for the Heart

They're very convenient, but the plastic containers used for takeout food could also be very bad for your health, according to a new study from China.

The two-part study found that eating from plastic takeout containers could actually increase the risk of heart failure.

In the first part of the study, over 3,000 people were surveyed about how often they ate from plastic takeout containers and whether they had heart disease. The researchers found that the more people ate from plastic containers, the more likely they were to suffer from heart failure.

The second part of the study was an experiment on rats.

The researchers poured boiling water into plastic takeout containers, so that chemicals from the plastic would leach into the water. The water was then cooled and given to the rats.

After doing this for three months, the researchers studied the rats and found there were changes to the environment of the rats' guts. These changes had affected the microorganisms living in the rats' guts, and also the chemicals that those microorganisms produced.

According to the researchers, such changes in the gut are likely to cause inflammation that can lead to heart health problems.

The researchers also found that the rats' heart muscles were damaged.

Previous research has shown that many chemicals found in plastics are bad for human health.

Microorganisms in the gut have also been shown to be very important for human health. However, although it is known that plastic can have a negative effect on these microorganisms, until now it was not clear how this could lead to heart disease.

The study's authors said that more research is needed into how plastic can affect people's health over a long period of time, and which parts of the body are most affected.

For now though, the researchers said people shouldn't use plastic containers for hot food, and they should reduce the amount of plastic they use in their daily life.
