The issue is interesting; bioinformatic analysis could be an important tool in cancer research. However, the results are presented in an obscure way and the paper is difficult to understand by a medical readership （Reviewer1很明显是不懂生信分析，就说了不好读，下面就是些不痛不痒的文字问题）.
