Who is the Pig in real life?

During the movie time, I was always wandering one question: why Poluk can become a pig? In the whole movie, the reason haven’t be given to us clearly. ​

At the first scene of it, the pig hero comes to our horizon, I took the curiousness in my heart and carried on watching for expecting the artist told me the reason. But the result was disappointed, so I seeked the help from internet. Fortunately, I got the satisfied answer. To my surprised, I think I have becomed the pig even not as good as Poluk for a long time. The most ironic thing is that the most yong men are during the “pig” time without konwing it.

Poluk is a pig with heavy weight and glorious hornor as a valiant fighter. He is not a common warrior but a aircraft-flier, the aircraft is red which means the passion or frivolous personality. If the dangerous event hasn’t appear, he spend almost all the time drinking wine and enjoying the cozy sunshine. While he is very skillful and brave when pirates are coming. He most did many expertise training, but what is the identity of him? Because the story is happened in the World War I which between Italy and American, so it’s clear that he is an Italy soldiers. The American rival is also a strong man named Donald Cartier. His lechery made him falls in love with an beautiful and accomplished Italy girl Gina and a lively 17-year-old girl who is good at building airplanes Fio Paulo respectivly. But both of these two girls are Poluk’s wornshipper: Gina loves him silently while Fio loves him without conceal. Gina has three experiences of marrige, the last one husband is Poluk’s teamate as well as friend, but he was dead during a war between Italy and American. The most impressive scene is reflected in my mind: all Poluk’s teammates was dead in their aircraft, and he lost his consciousness in the sky, the aricraft was rising slowly above the cloud, in the pureness, he saw the milk-way like beautiful sky river, but this is the river which washed away the life of millions and thousands pilots, their life is sparkling and passing. Poluk is the only person alived but the fate made a joke with him as he promised that he would rather became a pig but join the Fascist war. So after that he lived as a pig who is a brave man in saving, a leisure man in living, a shy man in loving. Those are typical characteristics of a pig. He should had a romantic and admirable love story with Gina, but he escaped. He should had a happy and non-worried love story with Fio, but he would rather face her as a simple friend. He is a solider and always being, so his live is a machine of tasking-finishing. He can’t give any girl promised future because he konws the indecisive affects of future. He lacks the emotion of pursuit since he konws the affect is vain, a simple war can ruin everthing, so he is afraid of creating good things, the sorrowness makes one man shrinking back.

At almost the end of the movie, Fio gave Poluk a sweet kiss, the miracle happened---Poluk returned to humanbeing. Humanbeing is a image of normal life, but what is the normal life? In the movie, I think it must be the opposite side of Pig life, so that maybe the emotional and positive life. Many people in the modern society may think that the life can be spend casually, they just live a primative life without any passion. Time goes by, they became alienated. The so called alienation is a condition of decadenting without any sense of it.

Here I want to express my deep admire to Fio, she is a lively girl from begining to the end. She is hungry to prove herself, when her icon Poluk found her factory to repire his plane, although she is a 17 years old girl, she never act as a naive girl, she used her persuive words and expertised skill as well as overnight efforts captured her icon’s trust and praise. She is also a trustworthy girl who is responsible for the aircraft malfunction, meanwhile, she would be with Poluk every step of the way. she faced danger fearlessly when pirate’s weapon came and intrigued Cartier’s shameless courtship, and got the love even from rival, the reality gives me one lesson: the power of pure goodness can melt the ice of dark heart. She gave the sincere sympathy to Poluk, and kissed him.

In our nearbys, how many people are living the day of Pig? They just spend the life his/her mother and father gave him/her, they have no higher pusuite with life, they find the excuse of future. They eat because of basic need, they finish homework because of others requirment, they marry because of age, they do a job beacuse of money, they do everything just because others but theirselves.

But the life is unique and meaningful, the delicate body machine is operated by billions cells, and the origin shape of people is an around 10 kilograms meat ball with only one meaningful ability---crying. After they have the basic cognitve, many of them are defeated by pressure of life, they feel so many beat that is uneasy to stand and see clearly about the world, they live just for waiting for die as they have no courage to face the pain of ending themselves in the middle way of life, bearing the pain of life is better and slower than artificial die.
