• 10000的调查显示，人类非常polarized，也就是两极分化。这个比例相比于历史的任何时期都更加严重。
• 年轻人越来越喜欢面对面聊天的时候发消息。

1.Don't multitask

• 不要一边聊天一边考虑其他的观点，中午去哪里吃饭等
• 如果不想聊天，那就暂时终止，不要三心二意

2.Don't pontificate. 自以为是

• 如果不希望得到对方的回复和表达，那不如直接写一个博客
• 把自己的观点放在一边
• 期望自己在对话中能够获取新知识
• Everyone you ever meet knows something you don't konw.

3.Use open-ended questions

• 开放性的问题让对方思考，在对方思考的过程中，我们回到得到更多的信息

4.Go with the flow

• 如果在交流中想到什么，就不要让大脑在背后思考，而是表达出来

5.If you don't knwo, say that you don't know.

6.Don't equate experience with theirs.

• 如果对方讨论工作的无聊，那你就不要进一步接下去讨论自己的类似情况。

7.Try not to repeat yourself

• 因为repeat会让人有居高临下的感觉
• 日常生活中，我们如果有一个观点，经常情不自禁的重复

8.Stay out of the weeds.

• 人们不会关注一些细节，例如日期、地点等

9.Listen

• 我们希望表达观点，从而忽略了listen
• 一般人说话的速度是225 words/minute，但我们可以接收到500 words/minute，进而我们容易分心。
• Most of us don't listen with the intent to understand. We listen with the intent to reply.

10.Be brief

• A good conversation is like a miniskirt: short enough to retain interest, but long enough to cover the subject
• 让自己的嘴闭上，让mind更加open，期待去得到更多的amzing things。
