练习感悟：

1.昨晚花了些时间去练习今天的文章，主要是是在练习多连重音和双连重音的识别，以及听音频里关于这些词组的发音。有几个词组是符合规律的：

long process,sedulously tended,really safe,two or three hobbies,daily work,broadly speaking。

昨天练习时可能也并不比以前练习得轻松，但第二天起来再读确实会顺畅很多。要放在之前，我啥也没读就开始早读，我可能会因为一个音而纠结好久，因此练的时间长了，情绪也会受到影响。

因此，每天晚上提前预习这些读音，标记之后多练习几遍，这件事对我来说很重要。
