沧海一声笑

With laughter blue seas roar

滔滔两岸潮

Streaming along, they wash ashore

浮沉随浪只记今朝

Free our oars, thus carefree towards days of yore

苍天笑

The ether chuckles wryly

纷纷世上潮

O’er the madding crowd flooding drily(1)

谁负谁胜出天知晓

Those to acquire longingly, till endings unknowable highly

江山笑

Lands or waters of glee

烟雨遥

In yon misty rain relaxed be

涛浪淘尽红尘俗世几多娇

Cleansed and dust-free, still haunts the beauty of thee

清风笑

How breezy(2) breaths will

竟惹寂寥

Solitarily have wayfarers chill

豪情还剩了一襟晚照

O’er my bosom sunsets spill, some loftiness remains still

苍生笑

Finally do mortals beam

不再寂寥

Anymore lonesome, not to beseem

豪情仍在痴痴笑笑

As in a heroic dream, yet a reverie they deem
