  the dusk I walking in the a neglect park,sky are pretty blue,could are high and far. today I am tired so much,and didn't have strength,what's wrong with me? I don't know. what can I do then could adjust my body,makes me return status,eventhough I everyday had runing,but why I still haven't to strong and full of energy.

  早上越来越不想跑步的感觉，真的不知道自己能坚持到什么时候，但认真思考，要以健身目的，确实不应该这么频繁到每天，消耗了太多时间和体力，有些固执了，已经影响到了真正的意义。
