蔬菜酿鸡翅

材料
鸡翅中
土豆
胡萝卜
生抽、盐、黑胡椒、蚝油、白糖、淀粉
做法
1、这种鸡翅中,用剪刀将鸡翅两端的骨头剪开,把两根鸡骨头抽出来,需要稍微用点力气;

2、处理好的鸡翅加入2大勺生抽、1小勺黑胡椒、1小勺盐,用手抓匀腌上15分钟;

3、把胡萝卜和土豆去皮切成细丝;

4、然后塞入腌好的鸡翅中;

5、再来准备一个调味汁,1大勺蚝油、1大勺白糖、一些淀粉、2大勺清水搅拌均匀;

6、平底锅倒油烧热,把处理好的鸡翅放到锅里,中火煎到两面金黄,每面大概1、2分钟左右;

7、煎好之后,把之前调好的汁倒进去,大火收一下汁,让鸡翅均匀的裹上味道就可以出锅啦。
