64位win10，在PowerShell中打开，键入命令，结果显示这样的：

include
Python的C语言接口头文件，当在C程序中集成Python时，会用到这个目录下的头文件。 -
Lib
Python自己的标准库，包，测试套件等（在虚拟环境中，只包含了 site-packages 子目录） -
Scripts
pip可执行文件的所在目录，通过pip可以安装各种各样的Python扩展包。这也是为什么这个目录也需要添加到PATH环境变量中的原因。
