English is not my barrier

I cant remember when I didn't dare to give an improptu speech in front of members.
This is must be the most significant improvement in the past year.
I had built the my own rough house of English language, what I should do next is to decorate it, just like to correct little mistakes, or to learn more new words.
I need to build up another house- public speaking. I plan to read my CC manual again and again, and practise prepared speech more and more.
It's a little bit slow on my growing up. I should speed up.
