I want to learn English

Today,I recourse a special thoughts ,which is learning English.I know that I can't achieve campus's task about getting  GET 4.so that I have to learn English.But I also know that I want to learn English and I want to read a lot of books.This technology will help me get more knowledges making me better.my English is poor.
