首先当然是No。

语气再强烈一点可以用Nope。

-强烈反对，“没门”、“不可能”，No Way. / Absolutely not. /（口语）ain’t gonna happen.

-强烈反对还可以说，Hell no. / Hell to the no.

-与uh-huh对应，否定回答可以说uh-uh。

-不喜欢什么东西，想发出嘘声，可以说Boo…

-“我觉得不行/不是”，“我不这么认为”，I don't think so.

-“不一定的”，Not necessarily.

-“得了吧”，Forget it.

-“想都别想”，Don’t even think about it.

-“希望不是”，I hope not.

-“有我在就不行”Not in my life time. / Not on my watch. / Over my dead body.

-礼貌地反对，I see what you’re saying, but…/ That is a fair point, but… / With all due respect, but …
