E.g.:The firefighters salvaged a large number of previous stuff from the fire.

to search very carefully and thoroughly through an area, a document etc

E.g.:He tried to scour the market for a lovely necklace to his girlfriend

E.g.:The contents of the box are roses suprised me a lot.

5.be of great interest =be interesting

It's of great interest to swim in the ocean

6.be brought to the surface=come to light
