一、安装prometheus

四、添加数据源
a、在Home Dashboard页面点击Add data source按钮.
b、填写对应信息:
name(source名称): prometheus - (自定义命名)
type(source类型): 下拉选项中选择prometheus
url(source地址): http://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx:9090 - （注意：地址最好是公网ip）
Access: 选择server(default)
最后点击Save & Test
五、在左上角点击 + 号,添加一个folder
六、在添加好的folder中,添加panel即可
