The New Style of Exercise

Good morning,dear teachers!

My name is Wu Juze.

You can call me Jason.

Today I 'd like to talk about the new style of  exercise.

As we all know, exercise can make us  strong and healthy.

But today so many students hate sports. Why?

I  think that's because most sports are too boring. We need some new activities, such as shuttlecock exercisce(毽子操) ,Yoga(瑜伽)or Taichi and so on.

Shuttlecock exercise is popular and fun. Yoga is mild(温和)and graceful(优美).And Taichi is not only mild but also traditional. We are very interested in these new styles of exercise. 

We can try one of them to make ourselves stronger and healthier.
