新年第一天，努力阅读中 —— 记录个德鲁克吧。

什么是integrity？柯林斯的解释是：

If you have integrity, you are honest and firm in your moral principles.

The integrity of something such as a group of people or a text is its state of being a united whole.

表里如一、言行一致，最终达到知行合一是也。

而对于一个公司来说，其“性格”根植于高管层 —— 所谓“以身作则”（lead by example）是也。
