Pendingintent 的flag 需设置 PendingIntent.FLAG_MUTABLE

manifast.xml里 ,如果<activity>等4大组件, 内部存在<intent-filter> ,必须设置 android:exported="true"

还有注意蓝牙3个新权限,在target 31 时才生效的
