some preparation for my intervie

I got a call from job hunter just now. It's a new position for me, totally new. The job is bussiness analysis. I worked for my current company almost 6 years. It is really a small company with less than 10 persons. As a department manager, I need to do many kinds of work, such as requrements analysis , achitechture design,  coding, testing and sometimes delivery.

The work and the working enviroment is so familiar for me. I want to change and find some challanges for myself. Besides, I like to focus on one specific field and become an expert. Business anlalysis is the job I like very much.

It's an ensential part of the whole process of one project. It is the cordinator between business and IT. It demands enough IT knowleage\ busniess understanding and communication skills. It is a challange for the analyst.
