把把烧,采用猛火快烤保持原料质地脆嫩的特色,给每种烧烤技法 配上了独特的调味方式。烤至五分熟时,在秘制酱汁里浸泡一下,再一把按上架,猛火快烤,明亮的碳火烤出最原始的脂香,也将酱汁的滋味逼进肉里,待肉串烤至九分熟时,喷香料粉,撒辣椒碎,口感特色相当鲜明。把把烧的秘诀全在这一锅独家秘制的汤汁里。保证不上火,不辣心!浸泡过秘制酱汁的烤串,少去了传统烧烤反复刷料的过程,一次成型却又更加入味!
