练习材料：

Mr. James Scott has a garage in Silbury, and he has just bought another garage in Pinhurst,which is only five miles from Silbury. But he cannot get a telephone for his new garage. So he bought 12 pigeons.Yesterday, a pigeon carried the first message from Silbury to Pinhurst.It covered the distance in 3 minites. Up to now, he has sent a great many request for spare parts or urgent messages from one garage to the other. In this way, he has begun his own telephone serevice.

1./iː/ ：舌前部向硬颚尽量抬起，舌两侧抵住上牙的两侧，舌头肌肉保持紧张，嘴唇向两边呈扁平型，与微笑口型相似。

 /ɪ/：舌前部向硬颚尽量抬起（略比iː低），舌两侧抵住上牙的两侧，舌头肌肉保持放松，嘴唇向两边呈扁平型，与微笑口型相似，英音很多单词中发此音，在美音中发ə。

练习感悟：

这段话大概练习三四十遍了，包括自己的复述在内，语调目前不是练习的关键，现在的关注点在整体节奏把握，以及单词发音的准确性上。目前已经可以练习的音标有ð/θ/f/v/ɑː/r/iː/ɪ/,由于初学英语时，没有把握好正确的发音，所以读快了就会惯性发音，而忽略正确发音，这个纠正的过程很消耗时间，却是必须突破的。今天练习感受到舌头打结了
