MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
• Supports the Brand Manager in delivery of communication assets and inno/renovation projects to the agreed milestones/timelines and to the high quality standards set (OTIF) ;
• Develops an in-depth understanding and becomes an expert in China market – the business environment in which the brand competes including category segments and
channels;
• Builds a holistic understanding of consumers and shoppers.
JOB SUMMARY
• Communication assets developments with specific focus on Digital, PR and social media. These include but not limited to, PR & Social strategy, PR & social assets, Digital strategy, Digital ecosystem, consumer journey in the connected world, Brand owned platforms in the digital space such as Website and WeChat. Priorities being:
• WeChat and Website
• Social / PR Influencing program draft plan / key principles
• PR event
• Celebrity partnership plan
• Manages small innovation projects or clearly defined sections of bigger project coached/supervised by brand development manager.
• Assists in the development of consumer insights and the development of global innovation (including packaging) and communication program working closely with the CMI team, agencies and other functional teams ie. Supply chain, finance to ensure excellent delivery and implementation.
BRAND MARKETING PLANS (BMP)
• Assist in the translation of Brand Vision Plan into the BMP by co-working with Brand Builders to deliver an aligned BMP.

Job Description
- Provide administrative support to AP and Greater China Customer Service Leaders, China Customer Service teams, including meeting/travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting room arrangements and other logistics support.
- Support customer service center events such as CSR Day, core value training and town hall meeting, etc.
- Interact and Liaise with CS center and other functions/departments for various activities.
- Strictly execute the DPTS company chop process especially the approval authorization and filing all the chop request form.
- Review forwarder billing and confirm the service in CCSR & SAP as well as provide post information to Finance for processing the payment.
- Distinguish inter-company and 3rd party customer declaration form and send to Finance center weekly.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, with major in international trade, logistics etc.
- Over 1 year relevant working experience. Customer service experience in MNC is highly preferred.
- Well understand the trading business model and sufficient international trade knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to link different departments and deliver the result.
- Proactive and be able to work under pressure.
- Well organized and good documentation skills.
- Good English skills including speaking and writing.
- Good computer application skill, SAP experience is preferred
